Using the services offered by vezba.bg means that you have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with their provisions. Access to the use of this site and the products and services offered through this site, collectively referred to here as "Services", are subject to the following conditions, terms and notices, regulated by the present GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICES OF vezba.bg .

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between "VEZBA OOD" operator of the vezba.bg site , hereinafter referred to as " VEZBA " or " WE ", on the one hand, and the persons using services provided by the vezba.bg site , as well as the persons, making a purchase from a distance, administered through the electronic store of VEZBA OOD : www.vezba.bg , referred to below as " USERS " and/or " USERS ", and/or " YOU ", on the other hand.

1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS AND PROVISIONS

1.1. The definitions used in these General Terms and Conditions are:

VEZBA OOD is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its headquarters and management address: Sofia region, Sofia municipality, Sofia city, p.k. 1233, 11 Karlovo St.,

SITE means an internet site, including an electronic store, operating under the domain: https://www.vezba.bg ;
SERVICES means using the functionalities of the site and carrying out the purchase and sale of goods (articles) from a distance, according to these General Terms and Conditions.
USERS are individuals or legal entities meeting the present conditions, using services provided by the site and/or making purchases from a distance, in their capacity as buyers, through the vezba.bg electronic store ;
ORDER means a user request for remote purchase and sale of one or more specific items offered by the vezba.bg electronic store and confirmed by e-mail previously specified by users during their registration.
DISTANCE PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT is the concluded distance contract for the purchase and sale of goods between VEZBA , in its capacity as a seller, on the one hand, and each user of the electronic store, in its capacity as a buyer, on the other hand, for payment at the purchase price, under these General Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS means the present TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SERVICES OF VEZBA .

1.2. VEZBA reserves the right to manage, regulate, control and change, as it sees fit and at its discretion, in a general or specific case, the content of the site and/or the electronic store, as well as these General Terms and Conditions for using the vezba.bg services . without prior notice.

2. CONSENT TO USE

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the free use of the site's functionalities, as well as to all orders and contracts for distance sales and deliveries to be made and concluded with us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights, including your right to insist that the goods you buy are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

2.2. By clicking on any link, button or application located on the site, with the exception of the link pointing to these General Terms and Conditions, users expressly and unconditionally agree to these General Terms and Conditions for the use of certain functionalities of the site and the electronic store. The site can be viewed by you freely without registration.

2.3. These General Terms and Conditions also govern the delivery of each individual item ordered by you on VEZBA . By ordering an item, YOU agree to be legally bound by a Sales Agreement governed by applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.

3. EFFECT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS. ACCEPTANCE

3.1. YOU accept these General Terms and Conditions for an indefinite period of time - from the moment you register and/or use any service provided by VEZBA through the website or the electronic store.

3.2. Using the site and/or the online store means that YOU have read and agreed to any subsequent amendment to these General Terms and Conditions.

3.3. Each user of VEZBA is considered bound by a Distance Sales Agreement through the electronic store operating under the domain: vezba.bg The Distance Sales Agreement is considered concluded from the moment VEZBA confirms your specific order. under conditions for validation of orders specified in these General Terms and Conditions, Section VII, Orders.

4. SECURITY AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

4.1 USER PROFILE

4.1.1. VEZBA strives to ensure security and confidentiality when preserving your data provided during and in connection with the use of the site's services. VEZBA recommends that you maintain the confidentiality of the username and password with which you log in/use vezba.bg in order to avoid unauthorized access through your user profile. Thus, with each access / use of vezba.bg through the profile (username and password), it is assumed that you assume responsibility for all actions that will be performed when using this profile.

4.1.2. By entering/using vezba.bg , customers and users agree to take all necessary measures that password security will not be disclosed by third parties. If you have any doubts about unauthorized use / abuse when using the account, we recommend that you inform us immediately. When registering, the information provided must be correct and complete. Please note that you are liable, including criminal liability, for any statements / records / false data provided.

4.1.3. In connection with the provision of certain services, VEZBA requires users to provide precisely specified information such as name, delivery address, email address, age, phone number, in order to authenticate users and send notifications related to services to VEZBA, requiring registration. We may use an email address provided by you to send you current newsletters or news related to the services we offer.

4.1.4. VEZBA uses cookies to store your preferences in order to personalize the services offered in accordance with your user profiles.

4.1.5. VEZBA uses reasonable measures to protect any information provided by users of the site, stored in our database. We provide access to such information only to our employees who need it to perform their job functions. User profiles in VEZBA are secured with passwords. 4.1.7. To ensure the security of your payments, we work with the Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) security system. This means that when an order is placed on vezba.bg , all information is encrypted. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information provided by you during the order process against relevant third party databases. 4.1.8. VEZBA reserves the right to deny any user access to vezba.bg , to close an account or to cancel orders, including confirmed orders.
Also, access to vezba.bg may be temporarily suspended or limited, in order to maintain vezba.bg , or introduce new activities or services.
VEZBA will make every effort to ensure access to vezba.bg without interruptions in electronic transmission and without errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, continuous access, the absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 PRIVACY POLICY

4.2.1. VEZBA understands the importance of privacy of personal data. For this reason, every transaction is encrypted and secured to ensure that your data is protected.

4.2.2. The recommendations of "VEZBA" OOD :

Keep your password safe!
Do not share your password with anyone. Someone who knows your password has access to your account;
Avoid using the same password for different accounts;
If you are using a public computer (eg in a library or Internet cafe), always make sure you are logged out of your account before turning off the computer;
Change your password often;
Do not share personal information!

4.2.3. VEZBA would never ask for your password over the phone or via email, nor your credit card number information. VEZBA will not require you to disclose your bank account details or other personal information over the phone. Any such request by phone or email, respectively, should be ignored.
If someone makes such a request to you, please contact VEZBA .

4.2.4. Identify fake e-mails (forgery or fraud):
Authentic VEZBA e-mails are those sent by e-mail from addresses ending in "@vezba.bg"
E-mails from VEZBA that require personal information or that direct you to a site other than vezba.bg are not authentic.
Some messages contain links to sites that direct you to another site, even though the URL has the word VEZA . If you hover the mouse over the link many times, you can see that the URL is different from the URL used for identification and for linking to sites owned by VEZBA .

4.3 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4.3.1. Any information provided regarding personal data or collected through the operations on vezba.bg will be processed by VEZBA , with headquarters in the Republic of Bulgaria, Sofia, 11 Karlovo St.

VEZBA guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided and transmitted through our computer system.

The data and personal information provided by customers/users is used by VEZBA to manage orders, to deliver products and services, to process payments, to communicate with customers/users about orders, products, services and promotional offers, recommendations of products and services.

Also, customers/users use this data and information to improve the online store and the online trading platform, to avoid or prevent fraud and abuse to the detriment of vezba.bg , as well as to enable third parties to carry out technical support, logistics and other services for vezba.bg .

4.3.2. VEZBA retains any information posted on vezba.bg or sent in any other way by USERS/CLIENTS. Most of the personal data is provided by you when you register your profile on VEZBA , to search for products on vezba.bg , when you place orders or send messages, when you participate in contests or fill out a form on vezba.bg or when you communicate with employees of Vezba .

4.3.5. The data you provide are: first name, last name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, name of the recipient of the order (addresses and telephone numbers), and financial data.

4.3.9. VEZBA collects personal data from other sources, for example, without limitation, the visited pages of certain third parties who manage operations in co-branding, through advertisements or otherwise; data, search period, and results collected as a result of web search searches, including paid content (eg Overture Sponsored Links).

Data available on vezba.bg , such as: updated information on recent orders, personal identification information (including name, email address, password, communication preferences and advertising preferences, Address Book), offers (including history of Recently viewed products, the experience of interaction with vezba.bg before confirming an order, as well as preferences).
Information with the personal data of customers and users is an important component of the activity of VEZBA .

4.3.10. Marketing activities by receiving informational or commercial messages (offers, promotions, advertising and marketing messages of VEZBA , and of third parties with whom VEZBA has relations of any kind) to the email addresses provided by USERS and CUSTOMERS for:

4.4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.4.1. The content of this vezba.bg , format, text, graphics, logo, buttons, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, data compilations and software are the property of VEZBA, its representatives or its content providers and are protected by law of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as international laws on copyright and databases.

All materials used in vezba.bg (content) are the property of VEZBA .

Without applying the above, VEZBA can provide the ability to download wallpapers, screensavers and other utilities from vezba.bg .

4.4.2. Access / use of vezba.bg does not give the client / user rights for resale or commercial use of vezba.bg or its content.
Customers/users have no right to collect or use lists, descriptions and prices of products sold by VEZBA , to make a copy of vezba.bg or its content.
Any downloading or copying of profile information for the benefit of another merchant, as well as the use of automatic devices or other means of acquisition to extract data, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of VEZBA .

Access / use of this website does not give the client / user the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or otherwise use for any commercial purpose vezba.bg and any part of it, without the express written consent of VEZBA .

4.4.3. Customers/users have no right to use the logo, brand or other graphic/drawing of vezba.bg without the express written consent of VEZBA.

By submitting information or materials through this site, the client/user agrees to grant VEZBA the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute such materials or information. Also, the client/user agrees that the VEZBA company may freely use in his interest these ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques sent through vezba.bg . The VEZBA company will not be bound by obligations related to the confidentiality of the information sent, if the current legislation does not provide for other specifications in this regard.

5. VEZBA SERVICES

5.1. Within the VEZBA website and/or online store, you can use the following services:

to view the content of the site and/or the electronic store;
to purchase and sell goods (articles) remotely;
to compile and use data and information provided for certain items;

5.2. VEZBA manufactures, manufactures and offers for sale at a distance high-quality series of designer clothing and accessories, with its own trademark and distinctive design.

5.5. The images published on the site are of high quality in order to accurately represent the texture of the materials used and the colors of the individual items. However, the colors, their brightness and clarity will depend on your personal monitors, and in this sense, VEZBA cannot guarantee that they correspond to the actual ones.

5.6. VEZBA provides its services, including with planned and unplanned interruptions. All aspects of the Services are subject to change or removal at VEZBA's sole discretion .

5.7. VEZBA reserves the right to refuse service temporarily or indefinitely, including the right, at its discretion, to cancel unconfirmed orders or remove inactive accounts.

5.8. VEZBA services are provided as is and as available. VEZBA makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that they will be provided uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5.9. VEZBA products are accompanied by a description of the embroidery and/or folklore element used for decoration. The description is provided by the designer of the brand, prepared using information from books and other sources. It is possible that different sources provide different - not analogous information about embroidery, symbols, colors used, their theological content, geographical location and others. VEZBA is not responsible for discrepancies in the available information attached to the products and other such from any type of sources, nor is it responsible for the theological interpretation.

6. REGISTRATION

6.1. The website registration procedure is absolutely voluntary and free. Registration is required when making a purchase from a distance, through the VEZBA electronic store . To register you need to fill out the registration form found here.

6.2. After completing the registration procedure, YOU create a VEZBA profile. Your profile is accessed through a username and password chosen by you when completing the registration form. Registered users have the opportunity to make a list of favorite products, add several delivery addresses and choose between them, receive information and offers from us by e-mail. The necessary data for registration are first name, last name, last name, delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail address.

6.3. By successfully completing the registration, YOU confirm that the personal information provided by you during the registration process is true, accurate and up-to-date in all respects. VEZBA does not bear any responsibility for false, incorrect or inaccurate information provided, true information presented in a misleading way, as well as typographical errors.

6.4. By successfully completing registration, YOU confirm that:

you are an adult, over the age of 18;
that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions;

6.5. VEZBA absolutely cannot control whether minor users gain access to the services it provides, and does not guarantee that minor or minor users can make a purchase remotely through the VEZBA e- store .

6.6. Please note that YOU are solely responsible for all activities conducted through or under your account name. Disclosing your access password to another person is entirely at your own risk.

7. ORDERS

7.1. In order to place an order from the VEZBA e-shop , the user should indicate the item he has chosen and details regarding size, quantity and delivery conditions. The order is activated in the VEZBA e-store by pressing the "buy" button located under the delivery data of the relevant item(s).

7.2. Acceptance of an order takes place when we expressly confirm your order, by email to the email address you have provided, in the form of a document called an "order confirmation", stating that we accept your order. The email confirmation states the item ordered, size, quantity, order number, date and time the order was placed.

7.3. In the event that a certain ordered item is not available, a VEZBA consultant will notify the user when it will be available. If the user does not agree to the order being delayed or transferred to another item (similar model), the order may be cancelled.

7.4. Orders in the VEZBA electronic store ( vezba.bg ) are accepted 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week.

7.5. Orders received by users who entered incorrect data during their registration may be cancelled. VEZBA reserves the right to notify users of incorrect data or missing data in your account when processing orders, and if within 48 (forty-eight) hours it does not receive correct data from you, such orders receive the status "cancelled" due to impossibility to be fulfilled.

7.6. The order confirmation sent to your e-mail address is considered to be the conclusion of a distance sales contract between you and VEZBA , operating under the domain: vezba.bg . Our order confirmation is deemed to have entered into force when it has been sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the registration form, even if for some reason beyond VEZBA's control the e-mail has not reached you .

7.7. YOU may refuse an order made without the need to indicate reasons for your refusal no later than the confirmation of an order by VEZBA . Cancellation of an order can be made by e-mail to the e-mail address specified on the website: sales@vezba.bg . The refusal is considered valid, in which the order number, the two names and e-mail address with which you are registered on the site, as well as the price of the order are indicated.

7.8. VEZBA may terminate the contract if an item ordered by you is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a full refund if you have already paid for it.

8. PRICES

8.1. The prices of the items offered by the VEZBA e-shop are indicated in Bulgarian leva BGN. All prices include VAT. The prices shown do not include the costs of delivery of the ordered items. Any delivery costs are payable in addition to the price of the items ordered and are listed here.

8.2. Despite our care, errors may occur in the description of all details and prices relating to the items offered. If you find an error in the price of the items ordered, please inform us as soon as possible and we will give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

8.3. VEZBA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information about offered items at any time, without notice. VEZBA reserves the right to refuse the execution of orders for which information may be specified that contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors and inaccuracies regarding prices, currency conversion, delivery, payment terms, or returns offered items.

8.4. If customer orders are shipped outside of the EU, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable when the goods reach the country of destination. Any such duties and fees collected in connection with the customs clearance of documents shall be borne by the user. In this sense , VEZBA recommends that users inform themselves in advance about procedures regarding taxes / duties that may be applicable in their territory when importing goods.

8.5. In the absence of any other indication, the prices are considered to be for a single quantity, including VAT. Please note that when delivering goods to certain territories, VAT may be charged.

9. METHODS OF PAYMENT

9.1. YOU may pay the price of items you have ordered, offered by our e-store, using one of the following methods:

Payment by cash on delivery (COD) - Valid only for deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
Payment by card, via Stripe
Payment by bank transfer

9.2. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, YOU give your express and unconditional consent to pay in advance to VEZBA the entire sales price of items ordered by you through the VEZBA e-shop . In the case of payment by bank transfer, keep in mind that you should anticipate additional payment of possible bank fees or commissions for the bank transfer to reach VEZBA 's bank account .

9.3. In order to make a purchase remotely, through the VEZBA e-shop, you need to have a bank account with which to make the bank transfer, or a valid debit or credit card with which to secure an electronic payment account.

9.4. Upon receipt of the order, we perform a standard check to ensure that your account covers the value of the order.

9.5. VEZBA reserves the right to obtain validation of payment information before shipping the ordered items. Please note that if the currency of the payment card differs from the currency of the payment, the payment amount will be calculated at the card issuer's exchange rate of the day. If the payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to VEZBA , VEZBA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver. VEZBA will notify you of any inability to fulfill the delivery.

10. DELIVERY

10.1. VEZBA aims to deliver the ordered items to users at an address of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. VEZBA approaches the delivery of ordered items with particular care to prevent any loss or disappointment as a result of delivery times.

10.2. VEZBA makes deliveries without territorial restrictions - all over the world, with the help of reliable partners. Please note that delivery costs are added automatically by VEZBA , according to the type of delivery, the delivery address, the country of delivery and the weight of the delivery.

10.3. VEZBA makes deliveries to the office of a courier company, or an exact address, for the following estimated terms:

express delivery, via courier company, within 1 – 14 working days (depending on your location in the world)

10.4. Estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch of the ordered items, and VEZBA is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance procedures. The indicated estimated terms are applied insofar as they do not contradict the delivery terms applied by the courier organizations with which VEZBA works for the various countries.

10.5. If the ordered items cannot be delivered within the specified estimated times, VEZBA will notify the users and will endeavor to make the delivery as quickly as practicable. In all cases, VEZBA reserves the right unilaterally, without informing the users, to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days.

10.6. Deliveries are received as standard - by hand against a signature. In case of impossibility or difficulty to personally deliver to the consumers, the deliveries are delivered to persons, members of the household, or to persons indicated by the consumers, noting the name of the person who received the delivery and his relationship with the consumer. If the delivery cannot be made after two attempts, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated, in which case, as a sanction for non-performance by the users, VEZBA retains all sums paid by the users.

10.7. Data and information about the movement of the delivery and the time of its execution will be sent to your email address specified in the registration contact form together with the order confirmation or later. If YOU have ordered several types of items at the same time, the ordered items may be delivered at different times.

11. DISCOUNTS

11.1. Discounts may be offered to selected customers subject to confidentiality and discretion.

11.2. Discount privileges may be announced at any time in connection with any item offered by VEZBA .

12. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

12.1. VEZBA strives to achieve complete satisfaction of its users. Customer satisfaction is VEZBA 's top priority , and in this sense, VEZBA pays attention to every return request, or every single case of complaint, in order to provide the best service to its users.

12.2. If the delivered items do not correspond to the ordered ones, or obvious defects or damages are noticeable, please contact us immediately at e-mail: sales@vezba.bg . VEZBA 's Customer Service Department will do its best to correct the error, or provide a refund or replacement of the items, in accordance with our claims policy.

12.3. VEZBA hopes that users are satisfied with the purchased items and offers a full refund of the amount paid, or replacement of the purchased items, in the case of complaints, return and/or exchange in the case of choosing a different size than the one ordered, which is available.

12.4. YOU may return unworn, used and damaged items purchased from VEZBA . To receive a refund or exchange of items, they must be preserved and returned to VEZBA in excellent condition, with no signs of wear, use or damage, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, accompanied by the purchase documents (a copy of an original invoice and/or a copy of a receipt, together with the corresponding goods receipt).

12.5. The return and/or exchange of purchased items is carried out under the following conditions:

YOU should notify VEZBA of your intention to return or exchange a purchased item by sending a request for the return or exchange of a specific item to the email address specified by VEZBA : sales@vezba.bg , within 48 (forty-eight) hours from receiving the delivery.
Purchased items must be returned within 14 days from the date of the item return request. Complaints, returns and/or exchanges of items outside these terms will not be accepted.
Please note that returning items is your responsibility and risk of damage or loss until the shipment reaches VEZBA . In this sense, VEZBA recommends sending a shipment that guarantees the value of the returned items.
Please note that all direct costs of returning items are the responsibility of the consumer.
The value of all successfully returned items eligible for the return of the items specified above will be refunded to the user's account after deducting any additional costs of taxes, duties, shipping charges paid by VEZBA, in connection with the receipt of the returned items, of which you will be expressly notified. Please note that this process may take up to 30 (thirty) days.

12.6. Please note that VEZBA offers new and unused items with a trademark and tag attached to them. VEZBA does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the user. VEZBA cannot be held responsible for any item not returned as described above.

12.7. Please be aware that made-to-order items are non-returnable. International duties and sales taxes are not refundable on all shipments.

13. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
