Conditions and terms for exchanging and returning a product:
1. CONDITIONS:
ITEM CONDITION- Items may be exchanged or returned if the size is wrong, or if there is a manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions: - no signs of wear - with labels attached to them - in original packaging Items made to individual order are not subject to return.
Duties and sales taxes are non-refundable on all deliveries.
In the event that the returned items do not meet the conditions above, they will be returned to the user.
2. DEADLINES:
UP TO 48H. AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERY -send a notification tosales@vezba.bg, with an explanation of the reason for the return/exchange.
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY -return items in the condition described above. Please note that all costs for exchanging and returning items are at the user's expense.
UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THE ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED -the monetary value of the order will be refunded to the user's bank account. Please note that the amount will be deducted from the cost of customs and delivery charges paid by us.
