Delivery and return conditions

DELIVERY


1.1. The goal of VEZBA is to deliver the clothes you want in the shortest possible time and with the highest possible quality of workmanship. VEZBA approaches the delivery of ordered items with particular care to prevent any loss or disappointment as a result of delivery times.

1.2. Depending on the type of delivery you have chosen, VEZBA makes door-to-door deliveries to the delivery address specified in the registration form, or to the office of a courier company, for the following estimated terms:

  • deliveries to a home address, via the courier company "Ekont Express" at a price of BGN 5, and for orders over BGN 100. - for free
  • deliveries to the Econt Express office - free of charge regardless of the value of the order

*We deliver abroad. Shipping cost depends on location.

1.3. Estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch of the ordered items, and VEZBA is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. The indicated estimated terms are applied insofar as they do not conflict with the delivery terms applied by the courier organizations.

1.4. If the ordered items cannot be delivered within the specified estimated times, VEZBA will endeavor to make delivery as quickly as practicable. In all cases, VEZBA reserves the right to unilaterally extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days.

1.5. Deliveries are received as standard - by hand, upon signature and presentation of an ID card. In case of impossibility or difficulty to personally deliver to customers, the supplies are delivered to persons who are members of the household or to persons indicated by the consumers, noting the name of the person who received the delivery and his relationship with the consumer. If the delivery cannot be made after two attempts, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated, and in this case, as a sanction for non-fulfillment by the users, VEZBA retains all sums paid by the users.

1.6. Data and information about the movement of the delivery and the time of its execution will be sent to your e-mail address specified in the registration contact form together with the confirmation of the order or later. If you have ordered several types of items at the same time, the ordered items may be delivered at different times.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

2.1. VEZBA strives to achieve complete satisfaction of its users. Customer satisfaction is VEZBA 's top priority , and in this sense, VEZBA pays attention to every return request or every single case of complaint, in order to provide the best service to its users.

2.2. If the delivered items do not correspond to those ordered or obvious defects and damages are noticeable, please contact us immediately at e-mail: sales@vezba.bg. VEZBA Customer Service will do everything possible to correct the error and provide a refund or replacement of the items, in accordance with our claims policy.

2.3. VEZBA hopes that users are satisfied with the purchased items and offers a full refund of the amount paid, or replacement of the purchased items, in the case of complaints, return and/or exchange in the case of choosing a different size than the one ordered, which is available.

2.4. You can return unworn, used and damaged items purchased from VEZBA . To receive a refund or exchange of items, they must be preserved and returned to VEZBA in excellent condition, with no signs of wear, use or damage, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, accompanied by the purchase documents (a copy of an original invoice and/or a copy of a cash receipt, together with the relevant goods receipt).

2.5. The return and/or exchange of purchased items is carried out under the following conditions:

  • You notify VEZBA of your intention to return or exchange your garment, mentioning a return or exchange request to the email address: sales@vezba.bg, within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Purchased items must be returned within 14 days from the date of the item return request. Complaints, returns and/or exchanges of items outside these terms will not be accepted.
  • Please note that the return of items is your responsibility and the risk of damage, loss or loss is at your expense until the time the shipment reaches VEZBA . In this sense, VEZBA recommends sending a shipment that guarantees the value of the returned items.
  • Please note that all direct costs of returning items are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • The value of all successfully returned items that meet the item return conditions set out above will be refunded to the user's bank account after deducting any additional charges for taxes, duties, delivery charges paid by VEZBA , in in connection with the receipt of the returned items, of which you will be expressly notified. Please note that this process may take up to 30 (thirty) days.

2.6. Please note that VEZBA offers new and unused items with a trademark and tag attached to them. VEZBA does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the user. VEZBA cannot be held responsible for any item not returned as described above.

2.7. Please be aware that custom made items are non-returnable. International duties and sales taxes are not refundable on all shipments.
