Holiday schedule - VEZBA

Dear Customers, We understand and appreciate the need for your orders to arrive in time for the Christmas holidays. Therefore, all orders placed up to and including December 12th will arrive by December 23rd. For all orders placed after December 13th, we can do our best, but due to our heavy workload and limited time, we cannot make a firm commitment, as most items are embroidered by us after the order is placed. They are prepared especially for you.

For any order delay, as well as for the dispatch of any such, we will contact you, and if we do not have confirmation by phone, we will hold it until we make contact with you.

Vezba will rest on the days from 24th to 28th December inclusive, as well as from 31st to 2nd January inclusive. This coincides almost completely with the weekends of the courier companies we work with. Orders will be accepted but not processed during this period.

If you have decided to please your loved one for the holidays with clothing from VEZBA, but it cannot be delivered on time, you can give a "Gift Voucher" as a gift.
