GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE VEZBA PRIZE GAME

These General Terms and Conditions govern the order, conditions and manner of participating in the Game.

I. Description of the game, terms of participation

1. The game takes place in the period from 15.11.2018 to 21.11.2018, 5:00 p.m. ("Game Period").
2. Natural persons ("Participants", "Users") who have made a valid e-mail registration and subscribed to VEZBA can participate in the Game.
3. Participants declare their desire to participate in the Game by filling in a registration form, available through the sites https://voucher.vezba.bg/register

The registration form according to the previous sentence includes the entry by the Participant of the following information:

4. Each user is only entitled to 1 entry.

5. On 21.11.2018, a representative of the Organizer will randomly draw 1 (one) Participant in the Game who has expressed a desire to participate in the period from 15.11.2018. until 21.11.2018 5:00 p.m., who will be announced as the winner ("Winner") on the same day and who is entitled to receive the prize described in item 6 of these General Terms and Conditions.

II. Awards, receiving the awards

6. The winner under Item 5 of these General Terms and Conditions will receive a purchase voucher worth BGN 100.
   Voucher validity from 22.11.2018 - 01.01.2019
   Voucher amounts are non-refundable and non-refundable. In the event that the bearer of the voucher chooses an offer with a higher value than the value of the gift voucher, he can pay the difference.
   The voucher can be used in combination with other active promotions and offers in the store.
7. The winner will be announced on 21.11.2018 and will be notified via a letter to his e-mail by employees of the Organizer. The prize is received again by letter to the Winner's e-mail.

III. Username

8. The organizer does not check and is not responsible for the authenticity of the username, for whether it affects the rights of third parties and in particular the right to a name or other personal rights, the right to a trade name (company), the right to a trademark or other intellectual property rights. property.
9. The Participant is fully responsible for all actions carried out by him or by a third party using the username.
10. The Participant is obliged to immediately notify the Organizer in case of unauthorized access, as well as in the event of such a possibility. Regardless of the above, the Participant is obliged to notify the Organizer of any unauthorized use of the provided service.

IV. Agreement to Terms and Conditions and Cooperation

11. By confirming the desire to participate in the Game in accordance with item 3, the Participant declares that he is familiar with the present General Terms and Conditions, agrees with their clauses and undertakes to unconditionally comply with them.
12. By confirming the desire to participate in the Game in accordance with item 3, the Participant agrees to be photographed and participate in marketing activities, advertising materials and publications in social networks and other methods of communication related to VEZBA.
13. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
14. In view of periodic additions and modifications of the game and its improvement and expansion, the General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by the Organizer.
15. Amendments and additions to these General Terms and Conditions are published on the Facebook page of VEZBA Bulgaria and at http://vezba.bg/ and enter into force for all Participants on the day of publication.

VI. Limitation of Liability

14. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Participant declares that his participation in the game is entirely at his own risk and responsibility. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages caused to the Participant during participation in the game, unless they are caused intentionally.
15. The Organizer is not responsible for the type, nature and content of the information and materials sent by the Participants in the game, in the form of text.
16. The organizer is not responsible for the impossibility of ensuring participation in the game due to circumstances beyond its control - cases of force majeure, random events, force majeure.

20. By expressing agreement with these General Terms and Conditions and by stating a request for participation, it is considered that the Participant has expressed consent to the data provided by him being stored and processed by the Organizer.
21. Each Participant has the right to access and correct their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
22. The Organizer takes due care that the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of the Participants is carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
23. The Organizer is responsible for protecting the information of the Participants, which became known to them in connection with the game, subject to these General Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties.
24. The information under the previous point can be used by the Organizer to offer new services to users (free or paid), for promotions, organizing raffles, inquiries, for statistical and any other purposes, except in case of express disagreement of the Participant, expressed at registration.
25. The organizer has the right to use the collected information to offer its own goods and/or services offered by others, to make inquiries on a variety of issues, to conduct surveys and others.
26. The purposes described above for which the information can be used are not exhaustively listed and do not create obligations for the Organizer.
27. The Organizer undertakes not to monitor, edit or disclose any personal information about the Participant or his participation in the game and not to provide the collected information to third parties.
