Deliveries in Bulgaria

• VEZBA makes deliveries to any point on the territory of Bulgaria with the courier company "Econt Express" - to the company's office or an exact address.
• VEZBA processes and ships orders between Monday and Saturday during the designated courier's working hours. Orders are not processed on Sundays.

• All orders are shipped within 1 to 10 business days.

Estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch of the ordered items, for which users will be notified by e-mail and/or phone call.

Vezba does not ship orders to customers it has not contacted in advance by phone to confirm the address and method of delivery.

In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered within the specified estimated times, VEZBA will notify the users and make the delivery as quickly as practicable.
* VEZBA reserves the right unilaterally, without informing the users, to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days.
